Oh, how I dislike that song. Especially the older version. Dude sounds WAY too upbeat.

So. Where have I been?

1.) Writing.
2.) Cleaning my father's house. (Lord have mercy...)
3.) Hating artwork deadlines.

Number one and number two have nothing on number three. I finally finished illustrating Mighty Max, but--and who knows how this happened--there was some miscommunication. Now I'm commissioned to draw one, last picture.

Still! FREAKIN' A! I thought I was finished!

Another thing: There's a man at my workplace that doesn't speak much English. Without realizing what I'd done, I promised to paint him a picture of his favorite soccer team.

Blast it all...

I'm also supposed to be:

- painting a mural for a doctor my mother knows.
- drawing a picture for my mother's boss.

Leave it to say, I don't wanna do ANY of these. I've decided: I hate doing artwork for other people unless it's MY idea. Which isn't the best revelation in the whole world. I am, after all, an Art major. (With a concentration in Graphic Design.)

Sigh.

In conclusion, I will be absent from DA until I finish my commissions. I figure the desire to draw my OCs and ikkle Jojo will eventually pressure me into getting all my work done.

Maybe.
